Jon Dickerson
Jon founded and is CEO of the company, which has redeveloped, financed, acquired, managed, and marketed a diverse portfolio of housing and commercial rental and ownership real estate properties. Jon served in the United States Marine Corp and earned a B.A. degree in Organizational Management and Communication from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN. He also earned a Certified Property Management (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and a Real Estate Broker License (Inactive) from the State of Minnesota. He has been active in numerous business and community organizations.
Amy Dickerson
Amy is a Vice President of DEC. She graduated with a B.S. degree from the Business School at the University of Colorado – Boulder and has over 35 years’ experience as a Generalist in Human Resource Management. She has specialized in building and managing Human Resource departments for various organizations. Since joining Diversified Equities Corporation full-time in 2014 she has managed compliance, property and central office management, and company supportive services.
Mike Dickerson
Mike is an entrepreneur owning and operating self-serve car washes and buying and improving small individual properties. He holds a first-class boiler engineer license and has many years of residential and commercial facility management experience. Mike provides maintenance oversight support and participates as needed in the company’s operations and projects.
Fania Barwick
Fania is a mission-driven project manager with more than 15 years of experience leading large-scale federal and community initiatives, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and delivering projects from concept through execution. Fania earned a Master of Urban and Environmental Planning degree from the University of Virginia and is skilled at aligning stakeholders across government, community, and technical teams to advance ambitious project outcomes. Fania's background includes a proven record of process improvement, regulatory compliance, and scalable program design. She is a consultant and participates as needed in the company’s operations and projects.
