Stonehouse Square Apartments is a redevelopment project that adaptively reuses a vacant, obsolete historic property in Northeast Minneapolis. Originally operated by a Catholic religious order as housing for indigent elderly residents, the site spans nearly an entire city block in a well-established residential neighborhood. The revitalized complex now features 64 rental units in the main building, along with 3 units and 4 units in 2 smaller buildings, respectively. Additional outdoor amenities include three garage buildings, on-site parking, extensively landscaped grounds, mature trees, and a spacious enclosed courtyard.
